Significant features of SurePave paving panels include a unique positive interlocking system to hold panels in place, a small panel size for ease in transportation and installation, and the panels are also light and stackable for efficient storage.
The ability to withstand up to 700 tonnes per m² when filled makes SurePave the ideal driveway paver for gravel, lime chip, decorative stone, and grass surfaces. It is recommended to allocate approx. 1m cubed of material per 20spm.

What are the main applications?
SurePave is used in many applications including trafficked areas in both grass and gravel including car parks, bus parks, walking tracks, emergency access roads, golf course paths, over flow car parking, grass or gravel driveways, farm gateways and tracks and tree root protection to name a few.
How is SurePave installed?
SurePave is very easy to install by any DIY’er. Download our installation guide or watch our installation video. If you are installing SurePave on a slope, we recommend securing it in place with pins (such as DuraMesh Pins).

What base course preparation is required?
A base course material should be placed and compacted to sufficient depth to take the projected loading. As a guide, if the surface needs to withstand heavy vehicles, the base course should be at least 150mm thick, or for light vehicles the base course should be about 75mm-150mm thick and for pedestrians and bicycles, only 50mm-100mm thickness is needed. Depending on the soil type and the projected traffic loadings, a geotextile (Duraforce AS240) and/or a (SecuGrid® 20-20) may be required.
