SurePave® is a permeable paving system designed as a reinforcement solution for grass. SurePave can be used for off street car parking, laneways, garden paths, and grass driveways.

Product Specs
The SurePave system can support up to 700 tonnes per m2 when filled, has a positive interlocking system to keep panels in place and a convenient panel size for easy transportation.
SurePave has a unique cell structure to evenly distribute the weight of the load on the surface, this minimises compaction of the grass root zone. Ponding is eliminated as water can be absorbed due to the permeable free draining properties of the SurePave.

What are the main applications?
SurePave is used in many applications including trafficked grass areas such as car parks, bus parks, walking tracks, emergency access roads, golf course paths, over flow car parking, grass driveways, farm gateways and tracks and tree root protection to name a few.
Can SurePave be used under instant/rollout turf?
Yes, SurePave can be used under instant/ rollout turf.
How is SurePave installed?
SurePave is very easy to install by any DIY’er. Download our installation guide or watch our installation video. If you are installing SurePave on a slope, we recommend securing it in place with pins (such as DuraMesh Pins).
What base course preparation is required?
A base course material should be placed and compacted to sufficient depth to take the projected loading. As a guide, if the surface needs to withstand heavy vehicles, the base course should be at least 150mm thick, or for light vehicles the base course should be about 75mm-150mm thick and for pedestrians and bicycles, only 50mm-100mm thickness is needed. Depending on the soil type and the projected traffic loadings, a geotextile (Duraforce AS240) and/or a (SecuGrid® 20-20) may be required.
